What is RARE REALTOR?+
RARE REALTOR is an AI operating system for real-estate agents. One app captures leads with a tap of an NFC card, nurtures them with AI for years, produces MLS-compliant listing and marketing media, and books vetted production vendors — controllable by chat and text.
Is RARE REALTOR a CRM or a social media tool?+
Both, and more. It combines a lead-capture CRM, an AI content and listing-media studio, multi-platform publishing, and a vendor marketplace into one realtor-specific app, replacing a stack of separate tools.
How do I get started?+
Sign up on rarerealtor.app, download the iOS or Android app, sign in with the same account, finish onboarding in the app, and subscribe to unlock the AI engines and receive your NFC band.
Do I need to be subscribed to get an NFC card?+
Yes. The NFC band and card are programmed with your unique lead-capture link and shipped after you subscribe — they are not a free public page.
How does the NFC lead capture work?+
A prospect taps your NFC band or card (or opens your unique link), fills out a short, friendly onboarding form, and their details land directly in your private Lead Engine. AI then follows up automatically for years.
Is the AI virtual staging MLS compliant?+
Yes. Every staged or twilight image carries a “Virtually staged — for illustration” disclosure, and the AI never hides defects, alters the property’s true dimensions, or invents features.
Can the marketing reels use my own voice and face?+
Yes — you can clone your voice and use your presenter avatar, so talking-head reels look and sound like you, auto-captioned and edited.
How much does RARE REALTOR cost?+
AI Media + Marketplace is $129.99/mo (or $1,299.99/yr). Complete, which adds the Lead Engine + CRM, is $199.99/mo (or $1,999.99/yr). Brokerage plans for teams start from $110/realtor (contact sales). Prices in CAD.
Can I control the app by text message?+
Yes. The same AI assistant works in the in-app chat and over SMS, so you can manage leads, create listings, write listing descriptions and check your calendar by texting a command number.
